In Rangpur division, 10 more people have died of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. At this time, 63 people have been newly identified in the department.

He said five people from Dinajpur, two from Rangpur, one from Panchagarh, Kurigram and Thakurgaon were among those killed in Corona from 8am on Saturday to 6am on Sunday. The detection has quadrupled compared to Saturday.

At this time 2649 samples have been tested in the department. The corona was identified as 280 from Rangpur, 6 from Dinajpur, 84 from Thakurgaon, 64 from Gaibandha, 72 from Kurigram, 48 from Nilphamari, 40 from Lalmonirhat and 41 from Panchagarh.

In the last 24 hours, the detection rate in the department is 24.48 percent.

The death toll in Corona rose to 1,024, including 10 new deaths. Among them 293 are from Dinajpur, 232 from Rangpur, 198 from Thakurgaon, 62 from Nilphamari, 64 from Panchagarh, 56 from Lalmonirhat, 56 from Kurigram and 52 from Gaibandha.

236 people have recovered in the last 24 hours.

Since the beginning of coronavirus detection, 2 lakh 29 thousand 7 samples have been tested in Rangpur division. Among the eight districts of the division, Dinajpur, Rangpur and Thakurgaon districts have been most affected and killed. In addition, the number of deaths has increased in the border districts.
