1) After seeing the motorcycle from the seller, go to the BRTA office and check the motorcycle paper, such as registration paper, fitness paper, photocopy of Blue Book.

3) If all goes well, ask the seller to bring the necessary documents, all that needs to be brought is-
* Original copy of National Identity Card of the seller, you will personally photocopy it from the shop and if the seller is unfamiliar or to be extra careful, check online with his NID number to see if the ID is in the database of Election Commission. * Photocopy of the seller's National ID card. Such as: Job ID card, varsity ID card etc.
* 2 copies of the seller passport size color photo. Behind which you will take the signature of the seller.
* Receipt of purchase of motorcycle. That is, the original receipt from the shop or showroom from which the motorcycle seller purchased.
After that
A contract has to be composed on a computer and printed on a non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300.
